Veteran Sailor Leo Chalukian is ninety-years-old and although he has lived a great life the one thing he had never done has echoed in the back of his mind, getting his high school diploma. Two weeks before Leo had a chance to walk across the stage he was shipped out to the south Pacific. When he returned home he worked his way from the bottom in Hollywood and eventually worked with the greats, later he settled down and raised a family. Now seventy-two years later Leo is realizing his deferred dream. Escorted by three Marines, Leo tried to fight back tears but he just couldn’t keep it in.
