Army Staff Sergeant Abel Padilla surprised his three children by returning home during their school lunch at Harvest Preparatory Academy, in San Luis. SSgt. Padilla, a member of Alpha Company 123rd Brigade Support Battalion, out of Fort Bliss, Texas, finished his second deployment to the Middle East, as part of Army’s Operation Spartan Shield.
