Since the day Annie Aguirre was born, Specialist Emily Pineda has been captivated by her little cousin. Having always been close, Annie took it hard when Spc. Pineda enlisted in the Army. Doing her best to be role model for Annie, Spc. Pineda told KERO “No matter what she goes through as a woman or anything, I want her to know that she can succeed.”
