Army Major Frederick Williams unleashed the dragon when he proposed to his soulmate, Shyra “Shy” Galloway. The 1st grade teacher at St. Martin North Elementary was astonished to see Major Williams pop out of the colorful dancing dragon during the school’s Asian New Year Celebration.
