Soldier surprises kids with homecoming and rank advancement

For the last 9 months Army Sergeant First Class Charles Toombs has been stationed in Korea. Sergeant Toombs was nervous beyond belief when time came to surprise his kids, Haven and Christian at Mustang Valley Elementary in Oklahoma.
