Third graders at Bismarck’s Dorothy Moses had a guest on Thursday when teacher Katie Olson was reading to her class and said a volunteer reader was arriving soon and in came SSGT Christopher Mauch to surprise son Alexavier, 8. SSGT Christopher Mauch had just arrived in Bismarck with five others in the North Dakota National Guard 136th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion from a 10 month deployment in Afghanistan.
