For longer than Brady and Margret have been alive, their dad has spent years away because he works in special operations. The hardest part for them is during those times they have no idea where he is or what he’s doing. But Army Warrant Officer Jason Basham, assigned to the 1st Cavalry 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, has returned from his 11th deployment -hopefully his last- to interrupt their school day for a reunion like no other.
