As the people of Garrettsville, Ohio gathered in hopes of winning a million dollar cash prize in the town’s drawing, there was an even greater prize in the works for one particular mom. Army Specialist Natalie Rose brought her mom to tears when she made a surprise trip home from deployment in Kuwait and her homecoming was revealed in place of the winner.
