Soldier gives daughter knee buckling surprise

U.S. Army Sergeant Hiram McCarroll has been deployed in Kuwait on his fourth tour of duty. He surprises his daughter during the halftime portion of Wade Hampton high school homecoming festivities in South Carolina.
