Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Christina Baez reunites with her loving pitbull Laila, who went viral in a video with 8-year-old Anna Masusock singing “You are my sunshine” to the homesick pup. It was though PACT for Animals that Laila was arranged to be the Masusock family’s foster dog until PO2 Baez could return to share a heartwarming reunion.
