Sailor receives warm welcome in route to surprise daughter at school

U.S Navy Petty Officer Keila Vilchis was deployed for 8 months. When she returned to St. Petersburg, FL to surprise her 6-year-old daughter Mika, Northwest Elementary School was ready to welcome her.
