Hilltop Drive Elementary in Chula Vista, California was honored with the opportunity to be part of a beautiful homecoming. Missing out on snack time left her stomach empty, but this Sailor filled his daughters heart with excitement by surprising her. The Timm family is whole again after being apart for seven long months.
