Sailor gives sister ‘best Christmas present ever’ at pep rally

Vero Beach High School took time to honor local first responders and members of the military for the holidays. During the pep rally, senior Nicole Hare got an early Christmas surprise from her brother Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Stotler.
