Through the “Journey Together” organization inmates at Oshkosh Correctional Institution spend months training service dogs for soldiers with PTSD. Inmates also work to train dogs to be guide dogs for the visually impaired through the “Occupaws” organization. One dog in particular has already made a world of difference for a veteran.
