Navy Veteran Chief Warrant Officer Thomas Bryan spends lots of time at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, CA visiting his wife. In the last four years, Thomas, 86, has been there every day talking with his wife and napping for a couple of hours. Now maintenance crew flower pick up time has changed which may soon hinder the only time he can rest easy because his wife is near.
