Third grade twins Morgan and Addison Dwelly were in for an emotional surprise that they never saw coming at their Louisville, Ky elementary school. Back from a tour in Africa that kept him away from his family for almost a year, U.S. Navy Lieutenant Lukas Dwelly was the reason tears were shed at the Norton Commons school’s pep rally.
