During his eighth deployment Brian Callipo was promoted to Chief as well as receiving maintainer of the year award. None of that compared to that joy of returning home and reuniting with his kids. One special moment was surprising his 12-year-old daughter, Abby, during her volleyball game. Abby exploded with excitement when she realized that her dad was back home after seven months.
