Jessica and Marshall Blair made the trip from Okinawa, Japan with their two daughters to surprise their family in Waterville, OH for the holidays. Though it had been a couple of years since Jessica and Marshall had seen everyone, their girls were meeting their family for the first time. With a surprise this grand, the tears seemed to never cease.
