With plans for a small ceremony at City Hall, Raven and Private First Class Even Wandrey were amazed by the efforts to organize a wonderful wedding in three days. Their community arranged to have their ceremony at the Boys and Girls Club in Milford, N.H. where the bride and groom met at five years ago.
