It was an emotional day as Christmas came early for a decorated Air Force Veteran Lieutenant Colonel Kato Martinez and his four children, after they were all injured in the Brussels terrorist attack on March 22nd. 300 people were injured during the bombing, including Martinez’s wife, Gail, who died protecting their two youngest children. Kato was overwhelmed saying that he could feel his wife’s spirit from the love and support by Andy Pujol, the founder of Building Homes for our Heroes, along with Santa and some of his helpers bringing his family gifts. As the children opened their gifts Andy surprised the family again a with an all-expenses paid trip to Disney World.
