The Brazoria County Calvary surprised the mom of Navy Sailor James Presley. James had been serving in Hawaii and hadn’t seen his mom January. His mom was presented with a reward to give to James, and when asked if she could give it to him she tearfully nodded her head. Then they asked if she could give it to him today, and a beautiful homecoming was born.
