Air Force Staff Sergeant Christopher Morris, flew in from Qatar to surprise his mom, Sondra Ford, with reunion that has been long delayed. Having served 11 years, SSgt. Morris hadn’t seen his mom in three and a half years. He told his mom that he wouldn’t be able to return until November to throw her off and it worked exceedingly well. Overjoyed to have her first-born son back in her arms, Sondra compared the sensation to “Christmas in July”.
