After over a year on deployment in Turkey, Air Force Sergeant Michael Roberts returned early to surprise his daughters Alyssa ,12, and Madison, 7, at both of their schools. The girls weren’t expecting to see their dad until the weekend but when he showed up at Alyssa’s school even her peers empathized, becoming emotional and crying during the reunion. When it was Madison’s turn to be surprised, her teacher introduced the classes special visitor as ‘a real-life superhero’ coming to talk to the class and her face lit up for her very own hero.
