For Tony, his annual school pep rally will be one that he’ll never forget. With the entire school watching his older brother, Airman Joe Kocotos surprised Tony as they shared a loving embrace. Before the students and staff could get too choked up by the reunion they began cheering “U-S-A, U-S-A” in adoration for the brothers!
