“We have been through 2 deployments together. The thing that makes this one extra special is that our daughter was born just 5 weeks before he left for his deployment. He missed her first Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and many developmental milestones. We were able to video chat every once in a while and as soon as Skylar saw her daddy while he was holding her it looked like she couldn’t believe that he wasn’t in a little screen anymore!” -Amber Naomi
