Rodan + Fields was recently named the “company with heart” and the surprise that they orchestrated for an Air Force wife’s birthday shows why. During their 2015 convention the company arranged for her to “win” a drawing for an all-expense-paid trip to convention next year. R+F also contacted her husband and played a video of him wishing her a happy birthday and telling how proud he was of her and thanking the company for taking care of her while he’s away. It gets better! As she turns around to face the audience, up rises her husband behind her in full uniform with a bouquet of flowers.
